Pump the bass tune from 1991

I found the piano sample mixed in Techno beat by Digital Boy (http://www.discogs.com/release/99423) but I'm not really sure if its "Free Force - M.I.R.C.O." as the 3rd song on the mix has the same piano sample.

Can anyone id it???
