Tuner from 1991..........help please

Ok first time I have ever posted an unknown without a sample so ere goes...

At Torpedo Town Hippie Festi in Rake, Hants Summer 1991 - The Sweat sound system was in full swing...... I was off my tits looking at the Big Stack of speakers and this tune was on which had a vocal bit that went 'This is your mid range speaking'.......... now I am not sure if it was my head having a funny one....or whether there is an actual tune with that sampled in it somewhere....... I would have thought it would have been a dutch or belgian tune....or possibly a hardcore tune as that was the usual stuff 'Sweat' played...

Any help please would be appreciated so I can put my mind to rest and move on with my life... :thumbsup:
