1988-1990 tune with Sweet Pea break, possibly UK [short sample]

All I have about this track is a short sample of the drum break, so I'm not sure what's the genre. Could be house or breakbeat, maybe from UK (because I found 6 tracks which sampled it, and they're all from UK). Was first sampled in Beloved - It's Alright (Back to Basics) [Oct 1990].

Could be a standard loop from one of those early sample CDs like Zero-G or X-Static Goldmine
