Track from around 1987, mixed with Bad (false fade version)

Hi all,

For many years now I've been trying to figure out which tune this is - see attached file "Tune ID 11.mp3".

It is mixed with Michael Jackson's "Bad" (Dance Extended Mix Includes False Fade). I also included the extract of "Bad" starting at exactly the same moment as in the mix.
At the end, Pump up the Volume is mixed in (so you guys don't need to id that one).

You hear an MC rapping "Check it y'all, mic mic" or something like that. I hoped it to be 2 Live Crew "Check it out y'all", but it isn't unfortunately.

Anybody who can help me out!?
