Default The State '89 (Liverpool) Dying to know what these 2 tunes are. Samples included!

I got this tape from my Uncle 'The State - Quadrastate', that he says is from 1989 (and possibly mixed by James Barton but he can't remember exactly)

Anyway, there are two tunes on it, the first two, that I absolutely love.

The first one is just some lovely simple synth keys over a simple bass line; quality track.

The other says in a robot voice 'It time for techno, it's techno time', over some lovely synth keys, then goes 'Techno, its the music that's all good'
It also has Let There Be House repeated over the top of it

I've attached two MP3 files of each song, hope somone can help....
Attached Files
File Type: mp3 The State - Quadrastate (i).mp3 (950.0 KB, 34 views)
File Type: mp3 The State - Quadrastate (ii).mp3 (843.1 KB, 30 views)
