Default Unknown Belgian 12" from Early/Mid 1990's

Hiya Fellas! I have got an unknown 12" which has a Yellow label one side, red the other. I believe it to be a Belgian release (but only because of the sleeve which had a Belgian address on the back! Here is a clip of side 2 (I think.)

I now have the address on the back of the jacket:
Distribution (N.E.W.S.)
Kasteellaan
B-900 Gent-Belgium.

There is a number stamped on the run-out:
08 32802 20 1A1 (and obviously!B! for the other side)

Hope this helps!
Cheers Ed

I would put it as being 93/94. I know what you mean about the sleeve, but in the collection which I bought that I found it in, virtually everything was in the correct sleeves, but it is still a possibility. I'm interested to know what it is, as it's such a quirky Techno style. Ed

I have this tune twice on a tape and it came from 1994, it was playing at a radioprogram called "Dance Department"
Mostly they played the newest releases that cames out in that period, so I think it must be 1994. (otherwise 1993, but not later.)

Well, I also wanna know the right info about this tune to.

Who knows?

BTW I'm open to offers for this 12". I do like it but I have a problem when I buy a collection deciding what to keep and what to let go!!! Here's the other side of the Vinyl. It's in Virtually mint condition.
