Had a listen to the versions I have and it ain't not the Club Mix or the Bang Out Remix
but mind you, Reese & Santonio - Back To The Beat (With 'The Sound') uses that same sound, almost identical . .

might be "meeting places" on discomagic, uses the same vocal if its not one of the other mixes on the critical house 12" or DWA (I think was the italian release) i'd have to check as i've not played it in years |

thanks for all the IDs folks, much appreciated indeed
heres another clip of the sax tune (possibly wareband/meeting place) he plays it twice and the second time he plays a vocal version which has walking on sunshine vocals
ignore the dupree - brass disc vocals at the begining of the clip, he is just playing the accapella along | | |
