Default A bunch of tunes from 91-92

ID1-ITALOLATIN-91-92.mp3 Just this one left now!!! It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't love it, heard it dozens of times out back in't day. I honestly thought this would be easier [sigh]. I need someone to put this one out of it's misery.

    Solved -

ID1 Coyote - Texas Coyote (Solved in later thread)
ID2 Brothers of Funk - Funk Express (Instrumental) (Thanks myself lol)
    ID3 Stomp EP // Chocolate Fudge - C Connection (Thanks Bornslippy72)
    ID4 F.A.S.: Who Killed J.F.K. Not L.H.O. (Thanks to divbyzero and Bornslippy72)
ID6 Datman - Chant (Full Mix) (Thanks kammie)
    ID7 Grinjo - Burst (Thanks Mister P)

    Many thanks!

Thank you both for a great ID each. I'm very happy.

Dunno about ID2 yet, the brass riff on the record is obviously the source but haven't found one track on it with the adamski sample (yet). I have tried the NY mix. But thanks I did enjoy listening to it - maybe it's another artist.

    Indeedy Thanks brady

The setlists in your post... since they're not links, I googled, and found the first list - glad to see it in a set at Legends. I never went, but I heard it was very eclectic and bonkers. I'm sure I've browsed Legends playlists on youtube. Hours of fun!

The other setlist, I couldn't find - is ID6 in it?

Solved ID2 which bornslippy correctly identified as an older 89 tune, but which was redone by the Italians, like everything else.

    Just three to go now.

How nice to hear that (no. 4)! It might not yet have an ID but it's brought even more pleasure now. Thanks divbyzero I will let you know.

Gonna try and search some of the lyrics as titles on discogs.

We have a roundabout date for ID4 // February 1992
    Comes in at 19.50 https://soundcloud.com/ian-hodgson-1...pe12-feb1992-b

I've come across two tunes that I don't know on discogs without supporting videos
    "War - Truth Be Known [1991]"? https://www.discogs.com/War-Truth-Be...elease/2152597
    "Blink - The Truth [1991]"? https://www.discogs.com/Blink-The-Truth/release/7631875

War being the funk band from the 70s.

    Default ID4 - Solved

I decided to search for J.F.K and found this one!
    Discogs link (no video) https://www.discogs.com/FAS-Who-Kill...release/931793
    Verified with online sample here:

Thank you bornslippy!!! How did you do that?
I also did a search for JFK, lol.
I suppose it helps to know where you can hear a tune if youtube doesn't have it - which often leaves me stumped. If I google a tune, I get endless dead ends. So I'll bookmark hardwax and add it to the others from some of the recent IDs.
    As always, many thanks.

Discogs is very flaky on searches. sometime with period or without makes a lot of difference. Divbyzero did a great job finding the tune lyrics, it was a great help. Was very happy to be able to crack this one.
