Hmmm, It sounds like the animation film but it's not
Starting at page 50-51, on this document I found the exact words that are being read. but could not find any recorded performance of it. sorry.

Sounds like Aled Jones from mid-eighties. It was definately sampled in later releases, but around this time I reckon he chucked on an audio storybook which was pressed onto vinyl.

much like the little monsters storybook which earth leakage trip used.

new years eve with a xmas feel, kick-off tune - do something a bit different to stand out, get talked about and be remembered.

27 years later - still talking about it!
