Default "The beat, the beat, the beat just goes" vocals, House track

Hi!

I have been advised to post this tune in this section of the board, as it might be an older record than I had thought.

It was played as part of a set in 1996, and it contains the vocal sample "The beat, the beat, the beat just goes" with a familiar sounding siren sample playing alongside.

Does anyone recognize it?

Thanks for your help

Thanks for the ideas! Definitely lots of samples in this one, I think also the siren is the same as in Armand Van Helden's Witch Doktor, only pitched down.
I seem to also hear "Feel it in you" (?) as part of the vocals but that clue didn't lead anywhere.
In any case, this is a tough one. I hope some day we can find the ID for this tune!
