Isn't the DJ mentioning the name of the DJ and the tune?
It sounds like he says Glam ???? - Hells Party then says sorry about that it's House Power
He calls it an old favourite. Hells Party came out late 1992. This show was most likely from 1993. The tune in question sounds very 1992.
I checked Discogs for House Power but nothing comes up for any year.

Half way through the track sounds like "The Ultimate Seduction - House Nation", so wondering if this could be a bootleg with this being the "House" part and something with "Power" in the title being the other.

House Power was the first thing I checked for but couldn't find anything.

It definitely isn't Hells Party by Glam either.

I've heard the tune on another mix but it isn't played for as long as it is on this. Deffo agree it's 1992, sounds either Dutch or Italian to me.

Still can't ID it but I just figured out what the DJ is saying/mumbling.
"This is Glam, for those people that didn't know, Hells Party"
Not that it helps us... but it rules out any other clues there.

Deeks303 could be on the right track. It might be a white label and it might be a medley of 2 tunes, House Nation and something Power or Power something.

If it's a very rare release then chances are it isn't even posted on Discogs. So it could actually be Glam - House Power but there's no way to confirm.
