    haha, yeah it's got that cheesy laid back 90s tv feel ain't it..

    It actually is Astley tho... it's his cry for help single from 91... well the choir bit is definitely the same, but I think the track yer after is a cover version by Alvin Davis... https://www.discogs.com/Alvin-Davis-...lease/11340900 Can't prove it but I'd bet the track yer after is on this.
