The beginning is Anticappella - 2√231 (Vinyl) at Discogs
The second tune is similar to this S 900 / S 950 - La Bestia (Bring It On Down) (Vinyl) at Discogs (but this is not this one, just the same riff)

For me it's a Luca Pretolesi production.
Not a megamix, there are 2 tracks on your sample: Anticapella and another one, similar to a Pretolesi production.

I can't find any sample from this release: Voice Of Rave, The - The Voice Of Rave (Vinyl) at Discogs
Perhaps the right way ?

Thank you again shamanixx for your precious support, unfortunately it's not The Voice Of Rave, I agree with esther1982, me too, I have the vinyl UMM 002
S900 / S950 - La Bestia (Bring It On Down) it's the closest tune: it's becoming a very interesting ID...
