Yes sounds a kind off.
But it's sound more like "Dirty Mind - The Killer (Techno Mix)" or "Musto & Bones - Dangerous On The Dance Floor"
But i never found that one "16wanted16"

I think it can be "Excalibur - No" tr2-11

elimix the 16 could be a version of "digital boy - gimme a fat beat". The sound of 29 remember "2 unlimited - no limits", but isn't it. may be another song of the same artist.....

It can be a "megamix" for 16 (many songs/samples)
possibly a Maurizio Braccagni production?
No it's not "2 Unlimited"
but it can be on 'discomagic' or 'boy records' (many cover or similar artists/songs under those 2 labels)
