....there was this great house tune they always played at the clubs in 92. It had to be called release the tension because that's how the hook went. It was a slower tempo, deep house, with a jazzy tip. And the hook didn't just go "release the tension, release the tension".....it went " release the tension.......release the tennnnshuunnnn!" In searching for this song i've realized there were a bunch of songs with the name release the tension. Anyone remember?

the original is circiut - release the tension(1984 island records) , could be a remix of this , i'll try and find my copy and up a sample in case it's the original that got played

....thanks for the info everyone. But in looking over these, and searching the discogs, i'm starting to lean towards this one...could possibly be it. It was slow tempo, used to be played in mixes with other slow stuff like Follow me(aly-us), Burnin(mk),and I can't take it(rhythm invention). Maybe it's.....

this, remix says 93, but his first version was 92, and there's an aquaviva mix, so maybe that's it....
