Thread: circa 2003 hard rock song

This is a song I have been trying to find since I heard it on the radio in 2003 (though it may be older) song was hard rock or maybe grunge (I'm not good at describing music genres) male singer. The chorus ended with the words "we need to renovate" or maybe "it's time to renovate" I am quite possibly misremembering the lyrics but that was the general meaning of them i.e things are old and worn out and we need to make new stuff.
