Default Sampling source "get up" "party time" "clap your hands"

I am looking for the original source of the

"get up" "party time" "clap your hands" chants.

As used on Cubic 22 "Night In Motion", Black Science Orchestra "Philadelphia" and many many others.

I'm sorry I was lazy not to provide a sample. Here it is. I'm not completely sure that this is the very origin of the chant, which is what I am looking for.

Dunno if it's the original source, but it could be sampled from this:

J.R. Funk & The Love Machine - Feel Good Party Time
