Hi Guys, Does anyone have any idea where the bassline from "Super Sharp Shooter" by Dj Hype & "Hual & Pull" By Daddy Freddy has been sampled from?
Ive included a clip from both tracks plus the super sharp remix that also uses it so you can see which bit I mean, Ive been after it for years!

No idea where the bassline itself comes from, it's too cut up.

The intro synth is from Fred Wesley & The JB's - Blow Your Head

It might be sampled from LL Cool J - Eat Em Up L Chill as zinc appears to be a LL fan

Im not sure where LL sampled it from though. A bit of research said Eat em up samples from Atomic Dog” by George Clinton, and Don’t Change Your Love” by Five Stairsteps, but i couldn't hear it in them on a brief listen on youtube.

imo it's quite likely that ll cool j's track is the original source for the bassline sample
