Default 2 Unknown tracks

Can anyone help me identify either one of those old school tracks from mixshows heard on San Francisco Bay Area radio - KMEL or KSOL during the late 80's/early 90's?

Agree Bunkerheadz, sounds like Freestyle - Don't Stop The Rock but it's not that one. Probably a Pretty Tony production.

First one is The Brothers Supreme - We Can't Be Held Back

Thanks Chiz!
The Brothers Supreme track is proving to be daunting to find.
It turns out that this is one of those 12" releases that (when on ebay) gets bid up big.

the second one is "the party has just begun" by freestyle
I do believe one version came out in 85 and another in 89
