I have also experienced this situation but thanks to iPhone backup software, I get back my iPhone data in just few clicks. iPhone Tool Kits is an idea solution for backuping iPhone content. This profesional iPhone backup tool can help you back up iPhone SMS,contacts, call list, songs, videos, books, photos and so on to computer or iTunes.
Good luck.

iPhone user many of times gets through such terrible situations. As in your case you still have those songs on your iPhone. In this scenario backup of iPhone is the best way to avoid and to overcome sudden data loss. You can easily backup your music by using third party iPhone Backup software. You can simply transfer these iPhone contents into your iPhone.

“ You will need a flash drive or enough DVD/CD-ROM discs to accomodate your iTunes library on your old Mac/Macbook. Open the directory on your old system that houses your iTunes folder. Copy the entire folder into the flash drive or onto the DVD's or CD's. When that completes, paste your iTunes folder from which ever media you chose into the iTunes folder on your new Macbook. When that is done, open iTunes on your Macbook. You will need to import your songs into your library one at a time as there is no method to bring them in all at once. You will also need to authorize your songs with your Apple ID and password one at a time as well. “ That’s an method I found on answers.yahoo.com which is very helpful to me.
If you don’t wanna use itune or wanna find another easy way, then just get a iPad/iPhone/iPod to Computer Transfer to transfer everything you want
