Thread: Tune id from 19mins 11secs - DJ Richie Bass FM

Hi again, can anyone id the tune from 19 mins 11 secs in from this DJ Richie Bass FM set. It has a strange riff almost like a baby crying in it ( you'll understand when you hear it) ....brilliant tune but I've no idea what it's called.
