Thread: Track with samples "Oh my god!" and "Dope, right? Yeaahh!"

Another bastard of an impossible to identify track, I hope someone here can fight their way through the terrible audio quality and puzzle out what this tune is.

In the break there's a sample "Oh my god!" and during the main part there's the sample "Dope, right? Yeaahh!" a few times.

I have been trying to hunt this damn tune down since 1992 and I'm hoping someone can help a geeza out.
