Default Track with film dialog ID "Would you like to solve the problem of evil"

If I can get a hold of a tape deck, I'll upload a sample. But I'm searching for an old 92/93 ish track that has a prominent sample from the movie "Homicide". Here's the movie dialog, starting at 10:04.

The track samples much of this dialog, and has a pretty spaced out feel to it. There's a breakdown part that cuts out the dialog a bit to say: "Perhaps someday I can tell you the nature of Evil...."

This came from a radio mix I had recorded from 91.5 college channel in NJ (Blackwood). DJs were XL(?) andAlex Adrock.

Thank you so much, that is exactly it, dead on! That has been in my head for like, 25 years and I never knew what it was. Even better to discover that 2 other tracks from that EP were also something I had memories of. You're a lifesaver. Off to find a copy on discogs.
