Thread: Stu Allen & EasyGroove @ Pandemonium ID

Hey all,

This is my most treasured rave tape from back in the day, which I've found on youtube.

I've spent over twenty years ID'ing the tunes from both DJ sets, but one or two STILL elude me!

Desperate to find title of tune at 0.24.05 mins in.

Also, the mp3 stops before Stu Allen's set ends. I have the TDK90 tape with his entire set, and he ends it by mixing in an enormous HOOVER track right after Doc Scott's 'Surgery'. Does anyone know what this tune is? Please end 22 years of frustration!

Thanks for picking up on my thread.

Yeah, all the mp3's I've found end around that track, but my old tape runs for at least another 5 records worth.

I'll have to convert my tape, it seems! I've got a mate who can do it, so I'll post the longer mp3 for all to download as soon as I've done it.

Can you ID that track I'm stuck on at 0.24.05, with that evil, crackling bassline and sample that says "we like house"?

In fact, can you list all the tunes from both sets? If you like, I can give you the set list as I have it, with the one or two missing tunes the only gaps. Happy to oblige!

never heard 24.05 before. ive listened to the set again and theres more lyrics which might point you in the right direction.

as far as the tracklist is concerned, your best of posting what you have and letting others pitch in on what your missing.

upload the set thou, and the hoover tune - would be nice to hear the full set.

This set is a great one, filled with obscure tunes I've not heard on any other set before either.

Will get the TDK90 tape converted and uploaded as soon as I can. It'll be worth it to hear that hoover tune- it's absolutely massive and, again, I haven't heard it anywhere else.

Will perhaps start a new thread with the set list as I have it, which might engage more interest!
