If not,Ive no idea,althought Ive heard this track of a couple of old Sy tapes !!

the synth riff is off an american label 1991 POWERTRAXX RECORDS .

EP called BREAKOUT'S VOL 2 .

It could be 3V - Gameboy / K.W.S. - Game Boy.
