You sure its not saying "Touch somebody..... touch somebody all night long"

If so, it could be Spectral - Touch somebody
Or Red Alert & Mike Slammer - In effect if it also has "badboy" sample repeated over and over

I'd defo go with dest on this one....you'd think it would be more likely to be 'in effect' if it was sy playing but then again he'd play spectral so...I'll try rip samples of em both

having listened...'in effect' doesnt have the 'all night long'?? sample so it might well be spectral
