I'm looking for a track dating from about '97. On Josh Wink's playlist (if that helps).
There's a vocal sample which if I remember correctly says "Frequency" that is repeated from time to time throughout the track. During the breakdown, the cut-off and resonance filters increase on the voice everytime "frequency" (or maybe it's something else) is said. To the point that the sample becomes less and less recognizable and gradually turns into an ear-splitting noise instead... of course, then the beat comes back...

I really hope you guys can figure out which track this is (although anything of the same kind sounds interesting too !)
