ID Please

I'm not holding out much hope for an ID on this one coz i know theres not many hard house heads in OSA land but here goes anyway...

All i know about this tune is it was released in 1999 (i think) and it had a sample from Lock Stock and two Smoking barrels...it went 'Lock Stock, the Facking Lot'

...sorry, thats all i can remember.
