Default HH ID from 99, sorry no sample!

I Had this on record but the lable was peeled off and the cat no. scratched out by the previous owner?? I swaped it some time ago and was looking to get another copy. anyway, it's a 2 track EP released 99 i think. the otherside just has a remix of the same song. Id class it under non-cheesy bouncy hard house. (comparing it to the stuff being released these days!)

The track starts with the vocal (male voice),
"i said it before once more time after time" the vocals are chopped up and some scratching is done with it. Later in the track there's a rap vocal introduced "It's perfect, rhymes eveytime"

Sorry bout the dodgy description, but if anyone has it im sure they will know the particular record im on about.

not that it will help any but all the vocal samples are from a classic Hip Hop tune by Sugar Bear called "Don't Scandalize Mine"
