Default Spam to unique email address only used for tuneid.com

I have a unique email address created for my forum registration on tuneid.com. I have never given this email address to anyone else or used it anywhere else. I have just received a piece of spam email to that address, with subject "Bowlers Manchester returns, The Ultimate Revival is here".

Has your database been compromised, or have you given my email address to spammers?

Has anyone else (with a unique email address just used for tuneid.com) received spam to that address?

OK. I don't remember agreeing to receive email from tuneid's mothersite, but fair enough.

However, I've just received another spam to my unique email address only ever given to tuneid.com:

The common thing between the two messages seems to be a mention of bulkeads.com. Did tuneid.com or OSA use their services to send out the initial "Bowlers Manchester returns, The Ultimate Revival is here" email, and if so, did you make sure to tell them not to use the email addresses for other junk mail too?
