This is a piece of late 80's groove I would like to have a name to. Unfortunately rather short and poor quality.

My best guess is that it is British. Might be an outcome of the late 80's/early 90's indie scene.

The one by Seal? The sample I have posted is definetly earlier. Thanks anyway. It is such a nice groove.
