Thread: Unknown track ID 1998?

Hi guys, I'm new here.

I turned to you as a last resort...hope you can help me ID this tune I heard around summer '98 on a radio show playing the latest Downbeat, Electronica, D'n'B et similar.

All I remember is a shoe sole squeaking mid-tempo beat and the repeating of "Don't stop Rockin' " over the synth and a sampled reggae chant resembling roughly Sugar Minott's voice mentioning dreams...dance.. (stand?)...feet.
