Chilled Tune on the BBC

Hope somebody can help

After an atmsopheric tune I've heard numerous times, often used as background music in TV programmes. Starts off with a plink plonk piano with some strings later on

Heard it last night on the BBC - managed to find it on the iplayer. Apologies for that twat Cameron talking over it. It's exactly 8 minutes in.
