Unknown bleepy ravey track, circa 1991

Hiya! I've been looking for this track for years. It's from a random mixtape I got sometimes around 1991;also featured on the same mix are There is No Law and Temple of Dreams by Messiah. Those tracks are sped up considerably, so it's possible this one is, too.
