What's with the southern hardcore? There were plenty of midlands and northern hardcore labels too even if hardcore wasn't massive up north Also I think you could extend it to 1994 as there was still plenty of good breakbeat hardcore around til the later half of 94 which was when it split into either jungle or dodgy happy hardcore
