Hi Guys; Noob here looking for a track that was included in a number of high profile DJ sets during 94/95/96..
( Seem to remember Jeremy Healy playig it around Midlands in mid 90's...)

It was a house tune with a kind of ska intro with some guy toasting the lyrics:
