I'm just wondering if anyone has heard this particular beat (maybe a composite of several tracks?)

Anyhow, the one and only live source on the Internet claims that this song was made by The Chemical Brothers. All reliable sources say this is completely wrong.

I come to you now, the Internet, to help me solve this mystery. Because unsolved mysteries make me twitch.
