I'm not 100% on this as I don't want to fuck up my own settings lol... but try loading IE, going to Tools\Internet Options... Security Tab... Custon Level button... and scroll down to the Downloads section and check if File Download is set to Enable.... or poss reset the defaults. I'm using IE6 BTW.
Had to uninstall quicktime 7 this morning myself as it had decided to take over the handling of mp3's through IE instead of winamp (even though all the settings still pointed to winamp

) the cheeky bastard!! Wasn't having any of it with this site and just kept crashing IE every time I opened an mp3... other sites worked fine though... not that i wanted to use it as my default player anyway.
