It's from a Krafty Kuts set @ the Big Beat Boutique in Brighton - guessing from 1999 although the tape cover doesn't say... however other tunes on it are Wiseguys - Oooh la la & the Freestylers remix of Breakers Revenge...

It could be this but have not heard any mixes / snip to confirm...
